We are happy to say that we loved location and rooms. The best thing is location - next to centre, town center, O2 Academy Birmingham. There is a variety of facilities in the room like : an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV. Incredible base for 1 night.

The place was contemporary and quirky and the staff were welcoming, the location was magnificent in a great location 15 minutes from main shopping centre. Got attractive, tidy with extra pillows and tea x plus a nice modern bathroom.

Everything was awesome! Staff and rooms were second to none, I had a fantastic experience here. Plenty of food options so close to the venue. Restaurant in hotel was nice and the pool area was brilliant. Also with its great wifi I could post videos etc.

Super location, fairly clean, large bed, enthusiastic staff. Bright unit. Fruit, bangers, eggs and bacon were really gorgeous. Walking distance to a shopping area and the markets across the street. I found a bar in the reception.

The staff were friendly, the room was tidy and the bed was really comfy. Found a place called ulysses greek restaurant, set so close to the hotel, ate there a few times. It offers good prices.
This venue needs updating.
